Kit of parts to make GL1100 intake manifolds to mount Weber IDF's or Dellorto DRLA's
The flanges are 1/2" thick CNC milled aluminum (6061)
The tubes are just about 2 3/4" long so the total height of the finished manifolds would be 3 3/4" tall.
The tubes are cut pretty close but you should assume once tacked in place you'll have to do some minor tweaking and dressing for smooth flow and a good transition between flanges and tubes.All parts are aluminum. Tubes are mill finished and flanges are tumble finished after machining.YOU WELD TOGETHERUPDATE - 9-6-22 - Now the kit includes stud/washers/nuts for IDF flange side and the flanges are already tapped.
Kit includes enough parts to make two manifolds for one motor.
