This is a complete steering wheel assembly which is correct for all 1968 and 1969 Ford cars with the 2 spoke steering wheel. It is black. Has several cracks on the bottom side,2 of which are shown in the last photo. Some spreading of the horn pad, also confided to the back side. The cracks do not extend to the side facing the driver. Overall a very good looking steering wheel, which in my opinion would be great for a driver, but not for a show car. The horn ring is perfect and works fine as well.
