For Sale. Vintage 50's/early 60's Fake Header Kit. They are very hard to find. These headers were used by hot rodders in the early days of Chevy small block V8's to create a look of having headers, but running the exhaust underneath the faked non functioning headers such as zoomies, straight pipes or lake pipe styles. Why have these? To avoid getting tickets for open headers. Back in those days cops were not kind to hot rodders. They are in very good condition. The down under tubes are 2" diameter and approximately 37" long. They also allow for close tight frame exhaust setups. Check out photo's to see how they mount on an engine.
