The returned item should be in its original condition, with all the accessories, literature, and factory carton that came with it. Unless the item is defective, the costs for shipping and handling are not eligible for a refund.
(2) In case the item is defective, the cost of return shipping will be reimbursed to the buyer’s PayPal account once the defect is confirmed. For all non-defective returned items, the buyer bears the return shipping costs and logistics. An RMA number must be requested from us within 30 days of receiving the item.
