The item must be in original, unused condition andmust be returned in the original packaging.
We are unable to accept any item that has beeninstalled and/or damaged. In addition, we cannot accept return items that arenot in the original packaging. Theitem return label must have an RMA# supplied by us or the return will not be accepted.
Unless Overstock Accessories is at fault, thecustomer is responsible for paying return shipping costs.
