This is a vintage Chevrolet air cleaner assembly off of a 327 engine with a 4 barrel carburetor. This air cleaner came to me with a bunch of other parts out of an estate so I do not know the exact original application. This style air cleaner was used on many Chevrolet applications from 1965-1968. It was also likely used on other GM makes. The part number on the deal is 6421914 as shown. I believe this was originally a California air cleaner since there are 2 breather ports in the base as shown, one from the breather of the engine and the other would go to the A.I.R(SMOG) pump. Please confirm your specific application.
This air cleaner is in very good survivor condition as shown. It appears to still wear its original paint. The base and lid are both in very good shape with no dents or significant damage. The only flaw I see is one of the breather tubes has been removed from the base as shown. This is a very nice factory 4 barrel air cleaner with lid. Don't miss this nice original part.
