This is a brand new set of ULO reverse lamp housings for a US-spec (big bumper) W123 S123 300TD wagon. These are manufactured by ULO, and are the exact same housings as the NLA Mercedes part number A1238200556 (which were made for Mercedes by ULO). The rear gray plastic housing is identical to the original part, and the internal reflector is the same, but instead of being silver/chromed it is white. The lens is the same shape as the M-B lens, but the lens patterning is different (presumably the difference between US and Euro lens reflector requirements). The clear lenses are still available from Mercedes, but the lamp housing are not.
I have a pair installed on my 1983 300TD wagon and the fit is perfect as it should be for matching the OE part. You have to use your existing wiring, and the connectors and attachment points are the same.
