This is a Holley HP series 4 barrel double pumper carburetor. This carburetor was removed from a good running built 351C engine in a 1970 Mustang show car. The owner decided to take the car to the next level with a different drivetrain and this carb and all other parts off the car ended up on a shelf. This carb is very clean as shown. It is an interested piece since there are no numbers stamped on the main body for a list number. The casting number on the main body is 6R 7867 B as shown. I imagine this was purchased as a high performance carburetor by a aftermarket carb shop that bought the mainbody from Holley and build the carb with their billet metering blocks and base. There is evidence of decals that used to be on the bowls that would likely ID the builder but they are gone. The carb is complete including the fuel line and all parts move freely. The throttle butterflies are all stamped "180" which I believe would make this carb a 850 or 950 cfm unit. I removed the bowls and metering blocks to show the internals which are quite clean with some light residue as expected. The gaskets are the Holley blue non stick type. This carb has been in a shelf for a long time and should be rebuilt before being used. Don't miss this awesome Holley HP double pumper carb!
