New GM OEM Leather Steering Wheel # 16823384. this was used in the Oldsmobile intrigue from 1998-2001. This may work on other years and models, however this specific wheel was not assembled in them. These are OEM new old stock. They were obtained in a buyout from a GM assembly plant when they changed over model years. Since they were for installation in an assembly plant, they are bulk packed loose with no individual packaging or instructions. These are what was used in the original vehicles and have been stored in a warehouse since then; you can�t get much more OEM than that. You may see minor scuffs or some very slight imperfections from being moved around in an unheated warehouse. These are tough to find like this; if you are not happy with it, we will pay for their return and give you a full refund. Please email us if you have any questions.
