To obtain one (1)year or 25,000 km which come first warranty the warranty card must be filed andsend to OzAutoMotives within 14 days of purchase, all the parts must be fittedby a certified technician who has necessary experience, skills & tools toperform the installation. Please note that the Warranty will not be valid if the parts are notinstalled/fitted by a certified mechanic.
Ifthe purchased part has a manufacturing defect and is within the manufacturers12 months or 25,000 km which come first international warranty period,OzAutoMotives will either replace the item or refund the cost of the item forthe life of the published warranty, and if a claim is made, the claim must beaccompanied by the certificate of the technician and a statement by thetechnician outlining the fault & the solution with PayPal payment invoice.In case of a manufacturing defect please do not return the item withoutconfirmation from OzAutoMotives, after the confirmation part must be sent backto OzAutoMotives and a new item will be sent if the manufacturer is satisfiedthe warranty conditions have been met. OzAutoMotives will refund the returnpostage charge upon receipt of the faulty part if the part is sent backaccording to OzAutoMotives accepted Return Refund & Warranty Policy.
