These are original factory Porsche wheels. Specific wheel model is Cayenne S III. It should fit all second-generation Cayennes (model years 2011-2018). I used it on my 2016 Cayenne S.
Some of the wheels have minor chips and scratches. (see pictures). No other damage or issues
Tires have some thread left on them. Depending on how much you intend to use these tires during winter months, it could last you up to two winter seasons. (see the picture with the penny)
