- Exchange Sales require that a Refundable Core Deposit is collected along with the cost of the wheels.
- You must have the exact same (size, style, spoke pattern) (OEM) wheels to send us back in the original stock finish (painted, polished or machined). Chrome-plated wheels are allowed, but there will be an extra $500 charge ($125/wheel) to account for the necessary stripping process. Chrome-Clad wheels will NOT be accepted.
- All wheels will be inspected upon arrival at our facility. Wheels that are bent or have extensive damage beyond curb rash are subject to additional repair charges ($50-$75 / wheel). Any wheels deemed to be unrepairable will result in a charge equal to 25% of the Core Deposit. Charges will be deducted from your Core Deposit prior to refund. Once we receive your wheels, please allow 2-3 business days for inspection and processing of your refund.
- The shipping charge covers the shipping cost for BOTH receiving your wheels and shipping your old wheels back to us. Return shipping labels will be in a Yellow envelope inside one of the boxes.
- An invoice will be sent separately to collect the Core Deposit for any Exchange purchases made from our web store or eBay. The Core Deposit must be paid prior to us shipping the wheels.

Our DuraChrome™ coating uses no hexavalent chrome yet still provides one of the strongest and most durable wheel coating in the market.
Return PolicyWe have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it, unworn or unused, with no damage, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.If your return is accepted, we’ll send you a return shipping label, as well as instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to us without first requesting a return will not be accepted.YOU WILL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS RELATED TO THE RETURN. WarrantyBright DuraChrome™ and Powder Coat (Gloss Black / Satin Black) coatings comes with a 3-year warranty. Black DuraChrome™ coating comes with a 1-year warranty. Non-Standard Coatings / Factory Finishes come with a 90-day warranty. Warranty starts from the date of purchase and is only valid for the original purchaser (ie. non-transferable). Our warranty covers the Surface Area of the wheels which is defined as any area that is visible when the wheel is mounted on the vehicle. We guarantee that our wheels will be round and free of cracks upon delivery and will cover any returns if notified within 30 days of delivery.Tires have a manufacturers limited warranty extended to the original purchaser to cover conditions that are reasonably considered to have been within the tire manufacturers control, such as the quality of materials and/or workmanship. Once received, any issues with tires must be addressed via the Warranty Process outlined on the respective manufacturers website.
