USED Datsun 240Z E88 cylinder head with "A" cam (later 1971-1972). Overall good, clean condition but I would recommend it be checked out by a reputable machine shop before use. The head has been checked for flat and does not exceed .004" across the plane. The combustion chambers have been checked for cracks and none are evident, however cylinder #6 has some pitting. Condition of valve seats and guides is unknown. The head was removed by me and every effort was taken to keep the valves from being bent (I never laid it flat on it's face). No evidence of damage to the camshaft is obvious but there is some flash rusting on the lobes from sitting without oil for some time. The oil feeder tube is included and appears to be intact. Timing chain gear and fuel pump lobe are included and look good. One manifold stud at the end of #6 is broken off (see pics). There is very little corrosion, if any throughout the head.This will be shipped with care.
