Ordered incorrectly/No Longer Required? Not to worry! We understand that it\'s not always easy to order car parts.
Any goods painted or sprayed as requested are Non-Returnable. This does not affect your statutory rights.
We ask for this payment via PayPal, whereby we\'ll send you a money request invoice. If you wish to return yourself please contact us and we will provide all the necessary information. When returning, please include a slip of your eBay ID and the reason for returning. If no longer required/ordered incorrectly we won\'t cover the return cost.
Items must be packaged exactly as received in original packaging (unless faulty under warranty) and in un-used, perfect condition. Don\'t make amendments please! This includes gluing items (perhaps to fix them), removing parts etc. A refund won\'t be processed if any of the above occurs.
If goods are no longer required, and become damaged when returning to us then it is the buyers responsibility to contact the relevant courier and make a formal claim, as we cannot process a refund.
Received Damaged? We\'re sorry about that. Our staff works hard to pack items in the best way possible to avoid damages in transport... However some items are extremely fragile and breakages can happen! Please tell us within 48 hours of signing for the parcel and attach a photo of the damage and we will gladly provide a replacement, or full refund.
