Brand new set of custom aluminum built TD04 blow-thru/speed density twin intakes. This will not work on a stock car without other modifications. The stock MAF and the Evo/Montero/Jester MAFs become restrictive past 450-500hp even on larger 19/20T TD04 turbos making this a dyno proven 30-40whp power adder on a 400+whp upgraded bolt-on turbo car not stock 9bs.

You will need to either run a 3.5" GM MAF/MAFT($350) combo in blow-thru to make these intakes work or run speed density with an IAT and MAP sensor with the appropriate standalone such as an AEM v2($2000). You can run speed density on Chrome now with the addition of the Ashspec SDT($550) hardware add-on available through Chromedecu website; a Jester ecu/flashable chrome ecu and Tactrix cable are required($1100 total).

Ray Pampena has made 717awhp 757awtq through draw-thru 2.25" pre-turbo intake pipes on a 3.5" GM MAF in the stock maf location with his legendary Pampena built 3.0L engine and Dynamic Racing DR-750(20T) turbos. You don't need to upgrade to a dual filter setup unless you plan on making more than 850hp but some people prefer the look and as you can see, the cost of supporting mods for engine management to run that setup is quite high. In a separate listing I build and sell 2.5" pre-turbo draw-thru intake pipes that will allow you to run 9b to DR-750 or Arashi/Kinugawa 20T turbos. Pair that with a GM MAF/MAFT setup and it'll take just about anything you can throw at it.

The intakes pipes in this listing are 2.5" all the way through and reduce at the turbo itself by way of a silicone reducer creating optimum flow. Each end is bead rolled so there is something to secure to when tightening down the filters and couplers. The piping came polished from the manufacturer before fabrication and will show some marks from assembly so they will need finish sanding and polishing, powdercoated/painted, etc. but come as pictured in the last photo.

Vendors no longer make this product anymore and is the only solution for running twin intakes. I recommend pre-turbo hard intake pipes but for those that want the look and already have a Jester ecu or standalone AEM ecu, these make for a great option. They were designed to fit the AEM dryflow 21-2011DK filters, but anything with a 5.5" base or smaller will fit side by side and not hit each other or the battery. AirRaid and K&N are a few of the companies people have used as well for filters.

This listing is for two new aluminum intake pipes as seen in the last picture. You will need to purchase intake filters, silicone coupler reducers, and clamps to bolt these up to your turbos. For example, the anti-surge housing Arashi or Kinugawa 19T and 20T use a 2.5" OD but the regular non anti-surge covers have a 2.25" OD. Stock 9b turbos have a 1.75" inlet. If you keep the stock pre-turbo rubber pipe inserts at the turbos it makes the 9b inlet size 2" meaning a 2.5" to 2" reducer coupler fits great. You will need to measure your turbo inlet outside diameter to see what straight coupler or reducer you'll need for your TD04 turbos.

If you are looking for turbo intakes for your TD05 turbos, we have those available as well in a separate auction. The front turbo is placed 3" closer to the passenger side and the rear turbo is in a slightly different location than stock though not nearly as different as the front. Because of this, these TD04 intakes will not work but we have designed them to use the same filters in case you want to upgrade later. T3 options are available as well by special request.
