If it just says "OK" in the conditions and options, then assume the wheel is in B- condition because of the age and mileage. Most wheels DO NOT include the center cap or wheel cover. We use both the minus sign "-" and WO to denote without the CC (Center Cap). The stock image photo usually shows the center cap with the wheel but it will not be included. Please contact us prior to purchasing if you have any questions. All wheels will get re-inspected prior to shipment. If there is any condition regarding the appearance of the wheel, we will email actual photos to the buyer so we can get written confirmation that it is okay to ship.
