This clutch and brake pedal assembly came from a 1987 Chevy G20 van. Included is the pedal assembly, linkage rod from pedal to z-bar, linkage rod from z-bar to clutch fork, the z-bar, and the frame mount that supports the z-bar. The attach points on the linkage rods are worn. The attach hole for linkage rod on pedal is worn oblong. These worn areas are shown in the close up pictures.
