Note for V8 vehicles: A4 and S4 vehicles with manual transmissions will need spacers (contact us for details) in the front and back of the plate. Installation may require drilling two small holes in the plastic radiator shroud. This plate will not fit a V8 with an automatic transmission or ANY V8 Cabrio models.
Other compatibility notes: The A4 with the 3.0L TDI engine also requires spacers.
There could be surface scratches on the skid plate during manufacturing, handling or shipping which won\'t compromise the usefulness of the product. Please note that we won\'t warranty a skid plate for surface scratches as the skid plate is going to get scratched immediately after installation.
