I bought these new, but ended up going a different route.They are new, never used... may have been test fit, but never ran.
They have been moved around the garage plenty, and are scuffed up with some "temporary paint" missing,It says on the summit website: Temporary non-high temp paint.So I guess you can either re-coat them yourself with high temp paint, or run them as-is like some do...
