Replaced because the clips that attatch it to the truck are not available without buying the entire part. I had clips so I replaced them. All clips are good. If you are buying a used panel make sure it has good clips.
Very good condition. I did ceramic coating when cleaning it up. 2 very small and minor scratches probably just from washing vehicle. They are only seen in the right light at right angles. See pics.
