This is a repair service for 1984 1985 1986 1987 1988 1989 C4 Corvette digital dash instrument cluster. *THIS IS NOT A CLUSTER FOR SALE.* You need to send in your cluster for testing and repair.
This repair service will fix the following-- PixelatedLCD\'s- Intermittent cluster operation
Not included in this repair is recondition LCD\'s (see below), replacement of the logic or driver board, or a new power supply.
This repair service will NOT fix sun-faded LCD, sun-faded LCD\'sneed to be replaced with either reconditioned or brand new LCD\'s. There will be an additional charge for these services. If we find this needs to be done to the cluster that you sent in we will contact you after testing and give you an estimate based on what we currently have in inventory. Generally reconditioning ranges between $25-$50 per LCD depending on the condition of your current LCD\'s. New LCD\'scost $110.00 each. We can not tell from a picture or a description if your LCD\'sneed to be reconditioned or replaced. Please send it in so we can properly assess it.
PLEASE SHIP THE CLUSTER IN PROPERLY PACKAGED. That means bubble wrap 3-5 inches all the way around the cluster. No packing peanuts, shredded paper or newspaper. If the LCD\'sare broken during shipment it will be a very costly repair.
The repair takes 2-3 days so we can properly test, diagnose, repair and recondition each unit.
