This is an EXACT replacement for FL3Z-9424-J. I installed it in my truck with no issues. Comes with manifold and throttle body gaskets. You will have to transfer the fuel rail and injectors from the old to the new manifold and I separately ordered an o-ring kit (10 each o-rings) FOPZ-9229-A as you should replace the bottom o-ring on each of the fuel injectors. I waited over 2 years for Ford to provide a replacement without success (alleged supply chain issues). Delivered fast, highly recommend.
