Please provide the message where we declined the refund as I can not see any message stating that. You have opened an ebay return, which of course we have accepted. Once the return has been received of course you will be refunded in full. Side note - The original exhaust does need to be on the vehicle for our item to fit (We work of the original specications from the car manufacturer) - so this could be why you have experienced fitting problems.

    perfect fit, very well made

    Brought this for my mk5 golf gti, fitment was straight forward and easy (better than a lot of high end exhausts i have fitted) and it sounds great aswell, the exhaust is well made with nice welds and perfect bends. would highly recommended this to any one that has a tfsi engine.

    5 STAR Quality UK Stainless Steel Downpipe

    This is a quality well made stainless steel downpipe. It fits my Skoda Superb 1.8 TSi without any problems (I put a sports CAT on too). It fits the Octavia 2.0 VRS too as well as the MK6 GTi. The flex-joint is nice a long allowing easy fitment and the Lamda are holes the right size. Either with a standard or with a stage 1 tune you can feel that there's more low end torque and top end power. Compared to the narrow OEM restricted downpipe, with the pre-CAT, it is much better at flowing exhaust gases. It provides a deeper, richer exhaust note but it does not drone at speed. All round a great product and a great price. It's UK made and not imported rubbish. Can't fault it. 10/10

    Mk5 Golf GTI exhaust

    Well built, good quality and a perfect fit. No hassle fitting this at all. Definitely recommend this especially for the price and build quality. I’d advise buying some locking nuts for the manifold as the ones supplied aren’t locking nuts. Not much louder than the original one so no need to worry about the excess noise. Got this on my Scorpion backbox, sounds superb now.

    Bought this for a mk2 skoda octavia vrs 2.0 tfsi it fitted to the standard system with a bit of modification which wasn't much work, so this product will fit, brilliant quality for the price would reccomend. It has made the car much louder which for me wasn't a bad thing ;)
