Ordered item 11 days ago. Was given an "expected delivery date" of today. Checked shipping status, label created 5 days ago. Seller still has item. Sent message to seller, no response. When I spend $300 on something, I expect my item or at minimum communication on the shipping status. I get things happen but after 11 days and it still hasn't shipped, get kinda pissed about it.
