I have contacted the seller and they replied the same day. There was mismatched hardware. The M8 hex nuts were 14mm instead of 13mm but still worked. There was only 1 page of installation instructions and it was not very detailed. Took a little hit and miss to get it right. But it was completed same day, (about 3 hrs).

Very satisfied with them!
Perfect fit for my 2021 F 150. They arrived when they were supposed to and packaging was solid and not torn up. The brackets were easy to assemble and seem very solid and strong. I did have some difficulty attaching the boards to the brackets due to the parts inside the boards moving around and trying to slide back and forth while I was trying to get the bolts started. I was working on the floor of my carport and the truck was setting on the same floor instead of being raised. I didn't have a way of lifting the truck and holding it up that would have been safe. It took me about five hours to get both sides mounted with temps in high 90's with a fan blowing on me the whole time. I was also working by myself and it got dark before I finished.
