    Shipped Damaged Rim with Deep Nick on outer portion of the rim making it very visable

    This product cost was high at $430.00. In addition when I received the rim I watched the men at BigO open the box it was shipped in to discover a large nick out of the rim that was very deep. I was told if I put it on I owned it but I could not rent another car because of the Phoenix Open all rentals were gone and the factory Rim was cracked beyond repair so I had to take the damaged rim. Tried to call sat on hold a couple times and gave up. Sorry to share a sad but true story.
