These were perfect replacement for my 2012 Lexus ES350. The spark plugs I pulled out were all nearly dead condition it's a 12 year old car and never had them replaced or serviced. These are OEM the same as the ones that came with my car. In fact all 2GR-FE engines come with these. Great product at great price thank you very much!

Spark plugs not as advertised. Box/label FK20HR11 but single electrode, not dual as in photo. Lexus installation manual states that single electrode won't last as long...it's a big job to change back plugs, so attempted return... has been headache as seller won't provided return address. Opened case to ebay and so far have 1/2 of funds back. They state will receive full funds but wait 10 more days. Waste of time, I don't trust either seller or ebay. Check and confirm what you ordered is correct.

First it took 5 days to ship they finally shipped when I contacted them to ask why and when I finally received my item one of the mounting screws was missing they responded by asking for a picture so I sent them the then I got ghosted no attempt to contact me so I don’t recommend them now I going to order again from a more reputable seller.
