This later model grill fit perfectly on my 2001 F350. It came with the factory Ford emblem as well, I recommend this seller for this product. I've saw so many reviews for other similar grill that people SETTLED for and either had to cut more or there were large gaps on the side. The company making the mod to this grill does an excellent job and is a perfect fit. If you are looking for a grill, stop looking and buy this one, you will be glad you did.
