It works, but unfortunately the overall diameter of the pipe is slightly to large to create enough force of air movement for the mass air flow sensor to pick up which then throws a code/engine thinking there is an air leak in the manifold now by blocking off some of the pipe it heightens the force of the flow and the sensor reads correctly the diameter is just a lil too large.
