This assembly would be much better if it included the flange bolts and the metallic flange gasket. Shipper left the box at a set of mailboxes not associated with my address and the usual practice of leaving large packages on my porch was not followed. Because of this, it became saturated with rain. Not the fault of the seller what-so-ever.
