I received the bumper with bumps all over the surface of the bumper, that does not say that in the description, yes its primed , nothing wrong with the prime, but the bumper surface is covered with bumps when you feel with your hand, after paint all those bumps will show, this bumper needs to be bondo and sanded to have a flat perfect surface on the bumper

You purchased aftermarket bumper, not OEM. Please refer to the description again you may have not read that part : " Parts are delivered unfinished and will need to be sanded and prepped before any paint work is done. They require a body shop to handle the installation because they will require fitment and trimming of accessories for installation on some products." If you were not satisfied with product you could have sent it back during warranty time.
