Apologies for our late response, had a family emergency. These clips are 100% original as we buy these in quantities of 60-200 from Toyota and most of them are loose and don't come in the OEM bag. This is also in our listing description that I guess you missed. We have a100% full refund policy if your not satisfied so please return them.

We did receive a product on time. But from day one the RPM needle stopped operating same day the RPM needle illumination went off. we did contact the seller and initiated the return process. Decided that it’s gonna be better to return the instrument cluster since it didn’t even last even a day. The seller instead of just taking it as a normal return decided to start sending a text messages at 10 -11 PM with all kinds of stories that he had to file a police report on some of his previous clients

While it does work, not quite sure if it is indeed OEM Toyota enclosed image side by side,one on right OEM TOTOTA you see the TRW the one on left well who knows what it was. But at the price it it is acceptable. Note for others always test before installation as I did ID was there and Battery OK too.
