Good fit and quality. Installed on a 2000 Cherokee. The listing says 96-99 because those years used a different style exhaust hanger that attaches to the transmission mount. I bought that exhaust hanger mount (has a square rubber box attached) and is a direct bolt on for a 2000 Cherokee. The pipe's exhaust hanger rod was at too steep of an angle and I had to bend it down to lessen the degree to allow the pipe to clear the crossmember. No big deal if you have automotive skills. Would recommend.

Exhaust seems to be well built, but I had an issue. The end where the exhaust meets the catalytic converter, was bent to far up. Couldn't get the cat on because it was angled high and touching the floor board. I had to cut ans reweld it to the correct angle.
