The customer service is AMAZING! Usps lost my package and when i notify the company about it, they responded quickly and professionally. They even went the extra mile to track the package for me. Even though the first package never came in, the company offered to either give me a refund or sent me another pack. I took another pack. The product cane in very quickly and damage free through ups this time. Ill definitely be buying from them again. Very good customer service! Thank you very much!

They are awesome with communication but didn't receive my product because when I order it I thought I was buying for all windows for the price listed but it wouldn't the case turns out listing was wrong and you have to pay a different price for each window but once that was explained they refunded me so over all it was a positive experience except for the fact that the listing price was wrong it's just for one window
