This is a nice rack at a great price and the seller shipped promptly. Unfortunately while assembling the rack I discovered some rust and a failed weld. I notified the seller and attached a photo of the failed weld. The seller replied promptly and we agreed on a fair adjustment. The seller gets 5 stars but I would encourage buyers to check the rack carefully for defects while assembling.

Great service but the receiver holes don’t line up for normal operation. The fold up position line up but will need to re drill hole to install second bolt for proper installation. Missed paint areas on the folding rack parts. It’s ok I guess was hoping for a better quality. Instructions suck but I figured out the install. Not blaming seller.

Would recommend because of the price.
Very sturdy everything fits correctly however a little more padding during shipping would be welcome. There were some dings but I expected that. See pics for fit and finish. I bought the stickers elsewhere because people can't drive down here! Look at the photos in the description instead of the "manual" for tips. 45 min to put together by myself, help would have been nice ;)

The size is good and I like the way the sides collapse. What I didn’t like was that it isn’t very stable from side to side. I sways back and forth within the hitch. I don’t think that the hitch that allows the carrier was welded correctly. It doesn’t lay flat/level. I wasn’t planning on using that part anyway, it isn’t a huge problem for me. I am going to make some modifications to make it more stable in the receiver.The size is good and I like the way the sides collapse. Poor quality and design.
The quality of assembly at the factory is poor. The cargo hauler was welded to the main 2x2 hitch wrong and the whole thing leans to the right when mounted in the car hitch. One seam was not welded properly and broke when assemblying. It's the part that holds up the entire hauler under a load. I have a welding machine and rewelded the seam myself, saving me additional expense.
