Installed the converter, but I'm still getting check engine light staying on. Replaced 02 sensor still has check engine. So I still don't know if the converters even are working.

As mentioned in our listings Federal emission converters CANNOT work on Californian emission vehicles. As it will throw engines codes. Californian registered and Californian emission vehicle converters take a special code and is built according to your exhaust. Having a Federal emission converter on your vehicle is Illegal as well. Due to it not being the correct emission converter you will still get the same codes until you go to a dealer or order one from California itself.
