First, a brief history of this car and how the LMP (Late Model Performance) crew finds themselves in a position to reclaim the LT4 World Record. Earlier this season, the LMP team campaigned their Chevrolet Camaro ZL1 to an LT4 (stock blower) record of 8.48-seconds in the quarter-mile.
