2020 Mustang GT500 vs Challenger SRT HEMI – Street Hits

June 24th, 2020

Greetings racing fans; just headed out today to see a third-party registration specialist about getting decals for the Mustang Boss 302. The place is in San Diego so, that means some interesting canyon curves in the Mopar. Two homies and I piled into the Challenger SRT HEMI for the ride and a bit of lunch. Let’s see what happened. The Challenger felt great on the canyon roads. She’s big and heavy but the tires stick to those s-curves like glue. On the ride home, I noticed that we were getting trolled by a 2020 Mustang GT500. Seemed like he wanted Read More

Tesla Model S Performance vs. Lamborghini Aventador – Quarter Mile Drag Race

April 7th, 2020

Talk about apples and oranges – this drag race features a pair of competitors that are near polar opposites. One is a heavy sedan, powered by a pair of lithium-ion fed electric motors. It tips the scales at a sluggish 4,491-pounds and has four-doors. The other is a space age supercar with dihedral doors. No electric motors here, just good old gasoline powered cubic inches. Our second competitor weighs-in at just 3,582-pounds and has a mid-mounted engine. The overweight sedan is the all-new Tesla Model S Performance. It is capable of producing the equivalent of 825hp. It can also accelerate Read More

American Track Battle – Redeye vs ZL1 1LT vs GT500

February 6th, 2020

Never mind this short video – the battle between the Detroit Big 3 has been raging since the 1960s. Early muscle cars terrorized the tracks and savaged the streets as massive motors with crazy carb setups rolled right off the assembly line and onto dealership floors. These days, big engines and carbs have given way to superchargers and electronic fuel injection, but muscle cars are even more potent than they were the first time around. With the recent introduction of the 2020 Ford Mustang Shelby GT500 we couldn’t help but bring the Big 3 back out for another run at Read More
