Japanese, European and American automakers are equally represented in this group that includes a 2018 Nissan GT-R R35, a Dodge Challenger SRT Hellcat and an Audi RS3 sedan. Only the Audi has been modified to enhance performance.

With a twin turbocharged 3.3-liter V6 engine, the 2018 GT-R is capable of producing 565hp and 457 lb.-ft. of torque. Affectionately nicknamed Godzilla, the GT-R weigh in at 3,933-pounds and has an all-wheel drive powertrain with a 6-speed dual-clutch transmission.

The Audi RS3 is an all-wheel drive sedan equipped with a turbocharged 2.5-liter inline 5-cylinder engine mated to a 7-speed dual-clutch automatic transmission. Tuned to burn 93 octane fuel, this RS3 can generate 554hp and 557 lb.-ft. of torque at a curb weight of 3,600-pounds.

A maximum output rating of 707hp and 656 lb.-ft. of torque makes the Dodge Challenger Hellcat the beast of this bunch. Powered by a supercharged 6.2-liter HEMI V8, the rear-wheel drive Hellcat is the heaviest entry in the contest at a gross vehicle weight of 4,436-pounds.
