Part 25: Turbo Manifold Fabrication - My 76 Mazda RX-5 Cosmo Restoration
Episode 25 of my '76 Mazda RX-5 Cosmo restoration is another long one,
covering in its entirety the fabrication of the turbocharger manifold. Suddenly the engine bay
started to look a little cramped when I began to position the GT3076R, so
it took some plumbing to build the required manifold. Constructed out of
1.5" SCH40 304 stainless steel pipe, it was fully TIG welded with an argon
back purge. Yes, this is another long episode because I wanted to show the
manifold fabrication process in glorious detail so that this video would be
a useful resource for anyone wanting to build a custom turbo manifold. So as I say, grab your favourite

Honda Integra DC5 - Performance Parts Test + Hondata Dyno Tune - TWO
The aim of this test was the next round of modifications, having seen a
drop in power using the Mugen Twinloop Exhaust we were keen to free up some of that
lost power by replacing the Exhaust.
We had seen previously that the RM01A performed well on the Dyno so we thought we would give
that a go. Being Jasma rated should help keep the noise down in the cabin.
Additionally, we knew that the final part of the intake left to modify was
the airbox and filter. We had seen on a previous Dyno test that the RAM style
intake setups seem to work the best. With that in mind we spoke to TGM and
Tom agreed to design the new intake. The result were impressive across the
board then once we had done a power test on the bolt-on's Fusion set about
remapping the various engine parameters to increase the power and

Mase has a reputation amongst the Honda tuning community for making magic
happen with kseries engines.
When I heard that he was over in the UK tuning at Surrey Rolling Road I
decided to tag along and see what all the fuss was about. I met up with
Stoo from the itr-dc5 owners club. Stoo has recently supercharged his DC5
and was getting Mase to remap the ecu to suit the new modifications.

1997 Nissan 2.4L Intake Gasket Replacement (Part 1) -EricTheCarGuy
In a way this is a sequel to the Nissan Altima Misfire Diagnosis Video. It
would have been a REALLY long video if I posted both together. In fact I
had to split this video into 2 parts as it is. This job isn't for the weak
at heart. It took me most of the day to get it done. Most of the issues
involve accessibility to the fasteners. Some are stuck down in there
pretty good. I'm told this is a common issue with the 2.4L engine so you
may run into this at some point. If you decide to do the repair yourself,
