Mitsubishi Evolution 6 lunges forward on the rollers and jumps off. Car wasn't strapped down correctly, although a debate exists between owner and Dyno company, as owner was ex-employee. Company believes he was expected to strap the car down him self, owner states otherwise. Car has since been broken and sold for parts. At time of incident, only minor damaged was caused to Exhaust. Even after the Exhaust was crushed, resisting its flow by half, the car still pulled a 601bhp readout once it had been strapped down
6 Peoples Reactions to the CRAZY 900hp 3Dx Evo
We had a blast giving people rides in the Evo, even had a guest driver when
we gave Miss Thai Thai a ride after her photo shoot! See what people
thought about the car, caught a lot of people off guard.

05 STi Dyno Accident
Had a little problem on the first pull. The headers melted the strap and
off she went. After that we got a good tune put on it. Thanks to Ether
Tuning in Wytheville Va. Ended up with 237 hp and 309 tq on a MustangDyno.
Mods include: Short ram intake, APS Full race Exhaust, GP Moto unequal length headers, and
short shifter. We had a COBB on it and took it off to put a new tune on.
1st pull was a baseline pull with the COBB.

Mitsubishi Evo VI Rally Car w/ incredible exhaust sound
Me and my buddy saw this Evo in Germany at a gas station, after it did a
couple of test runs on the autobahn. one of the meanest sounding cars i've
ever heard...sucks that we didnt get to make a video while it was driving
but then again we were lucky enough to get to see and hear it in idle...and
it absolutely rocks

2000 MITSUBISHI LANCER EVO VI RS turbo
The Evolution VI's changes mainly focused on cooling and engine durability.
It received a larger Intercooler, larger oil cooler, and new
pistons, along with a titanium-aluminide turbine wheel for the RS model,
which was a first in a production car. The Evolution VI received new
bodywork yet again, with the most easily noticeable change being within the
front bumper where the huge fog lights were reduced in size and moved to
the corners for better airflow. A new model was added to the GSR and RS
lineup; known as the RS2, it was an RS with a few of the GSR's options.
Another limited-edition RS was known as the RS Sprint, an RS tuned by
Ralliart in the UK to be lighter and more powerful with 330 hp (246 kW).
Yet another special edition Evolution VI was released in 1999: the Tommi
Mäkinen Edition, named after Finnish rally driver Tommi Mäkinen that had
won Mitsubishi four WRC drivers championships. It featured a different
front bumper, Red/Black Recaro seats (with embossed T. Mäkinen logo), 17"
Enkei white wheels, a leather Momo steering wheel and shift knob, a
titanium turbine that spooled up more quickly, front upper strut brace,
lowered ride height (with tarmac stages in mind), and a quicker steering
ratio. Amongst other colors, the Evo VI came in either red (Tommi Mäkinen
Edition only), white, blue, black or silver with optional special decals,
replicating Tommi Mäkinen's rally car's colour scheme. This car is also
sometimes referred to as an Evolution 6½, Evolution 6.5, or TME for short.
