Whenever you replace a distributor on an engine like I did in that video you will also need to reset the ignition timing. I did my best to show you the operation in real time but the camera really didn't like the strobing light so I'm sorry I wasn't able to get you a better picture of that. The most important thing to remember with this is to read the procedure before you get started, if not you may perform it incorrectly and as a result set the timing incorrectly. And what appears to be smoke is actually just steam. There is a resonator on the Exhaust system still.

a quick pull in an '01 gsr gsr mods: - aem sri -vb 4 - 2 - 1 ss header -ws II catback -blox flat valves -s2 gen 1 im had one passenger with me at the time of the video...hard to see the tach since i just kinda stuck the camera in my steering wheel.. car has bad second gear syncros, thats why i over revved it....i was trying to make sure it was in gear...motor mounts are bad
