1966 Mustang Inline 6 New Exhaust
Just got the Mustang back from the Exhaust shop. I installed the Classic Inlines dual out header with a friend and had the pipes and mufflers installed at an Exhaust shop. Details: '66 Ford Inline 6 200ci engine. Rebuilt, bored over slightly. Classic Inlines Dual Out Stainless Steel Header. 2" Extension tubes out of headers in to 2" piping back to 2" Dynomax turbo Thrush Mufflers. 2" chrome slash cut tips. It sounds great. I still need to get the throttle linkage adjusted because it hits the header. Also I need a throttle return spring because the throttle doesn't come down all the way at idle, causing a high idle.

Inline 6 Arvinode dual exhaust - with and without X pipe
Arvinode dual Exhaust system installed on 66 Mustang with 200 CI inline 6. Comparison of Exhaust system sounds with and without X pipe. Custom X pipe design for this application fits Classic Inline headers.

1966 Mustang Inline 6 Cyl
I know it's not that interesting..but here's a cold start (it was like 45 degrees) and walkaround of my '66 6 cylinder Mustang. Can anyone tell me why it stalls a few times when starting it up? Is it just the cold weather? It'll usually stall a couple of times when starting the engine when it's cold. I then have to keep on the gas and give it a few revs so it won't stall again. After about a minute it runs fine on it's own. After about 5 mins, it runs on a dime. The previous owner said he had the engine rebuilt. UPDATE, NOV 2011: This video is almost 2 years old, and since then I got it running great, even with the same carb. The DUI Ignition made a huge difference in reliability and freed up a good amount of power. The stainless steel header from Classic Inlines also freed up HP. Now most times I can start the car right up on a cool morning and give it a few blips of the throttle and it will run great.

65 Mustang Fastback Restoration Project
This is my 1965 Mustang Fastback I rescued from a field rusting away. I finished it around July of 2008 in my back yard garage with no professional assistance at all. It took me about 26 months to complete. It has a 302 Ford motor and an 5 Speed manual transmission. I restored this car to the information on the original data plate on the door that included the body color and interior. The stripe is unique in that I added a darker red to the Poppy Red body color to get a stripe that is a little darker but blends in with the factory color. This car features four wheel disc brakes made from all Ford parts.
