Advanced Induction LTx CNC Head Porting
This is an inside the machine view of the CNC operations performed on our 190cc & 200cc CNC porting programs for the GM LT1 casting. The actual run time is hours long, so the video skips forward to give a quick view of most of the machining operations completed on this particular machine. There are still many hours in cleaning & preparation, other machining operations, guide work, pressure checking & other quality control, etc. not shown to turn the OEM GM LT casting into the most successful GM LTx head to date. This is the first video we've attempted to stitch together w/ footage from inside the machine. I hope you guys enjoy it & share feedback, questions, and requests so we know what you'd like to see in the future. Thanks for watching! http://www.AdvancedInduction.com - Professional competition level quality made available to private label, sportsmen racers, and enthusiasts. http://www.dmgamerica.com - The best simultaneous 5-axis machining centers available - utilized throughout professional racing and industry where ever the highest quality output & tightest tolerances are a requirement. http://www.newen.com - The best valve seat machining center produced to date. Used widely in F1, Cup, ProStock, etc. Newen's fixed turning CNC process simply has no competition in applications requiring the tightest machining tolerances achievable.

Advanced Induction LT1 95 T/A - 10.82 @ 124.25, 1.43 60'

My LT1 7 PSI Procharger 570rwhp ~650hp Trans Am Dyno Run
This is the exact head that powers Rick Abare's 530 rwhp 3440-3470lb Trans-Am into the 9's at over 138 mph on pump fuel. http://www.advancedinduction.com/LTX/AiLTx200ccCompHead.php My first Dyno run = ~100hp more than expected even the Dyno operator was confused by wheel spin...:).Much more to be found in this combo only two runs were made... rest I tuned on I-75!! 3000rpm = 3psi and 420lb/ft with 240hp 4000rpm = 4psi and 480lb/ft with 360hp 5000rpm = 5psi and 517lb/ft with 495hp 6200rpm - 6psi with 495lb/ft with 570hp The ONLY mods to this 1996 TA are: Procharger D-1DC 200cc LT1 Porting and Cam package 92 Octane Forged 383 at about 8.9:1 83lb injectors with my own custom 2 bar tune and 2 bar MAP on stock ECM Long Tube Pacesetter Headers Magnaflow 3" Cat Back connected to a Pacesetter Y-Pipe (Im sure this is just killing power). Single Walbro 255l/hr pump. McLeod Street Twin with Alum Flywheel Stock trans/axle Everything else (as in.. the entire car) is fully stock including the Traction Control and AC (it still works) and spare tire (and amps and subs). So, this car is HEAVY, and ran 124mph in the 1/4 mile. The ZR1 might run 132mph and is about 900lbs lighter.. so YEP that just about confirms HP.
