Mercedes W123 200D - First start after full repair
Starting my engine after a full engine rebuild. If you watched my previous cold start videos you could see that the engine wasn't in a good shape. The compression dissapeared from the cylinders and the engine eat 1L oil / 100 km. So we needed to replace a lot of things...new cylinder sleeves, new pistons with rings, etc. Now it's done finally :).
240D Repairs III
This is a detailed look at work I have done on My 1983 Mercedes Benz 240D
diesel car. In this video I deal with some rust out inside the right rear
wheel well. It runs 10 minutes and I had to run some bits at 120% to
squeeze them into that time. Even with that I will have to continue with
a part IV soon to follow. This video is targeted at people who own 123
body Mercedes, but I think the techniques for rust repair would be
applicable for any car model.
Dodgy W123 200D
After travelling 200km (120mi) on highway the car started idling like you
see on my video. The Exhaust is
blowing out somewhere and seems that one cylinder is not working very well.
We are thinking that one of the new nozzles is dead :( . Further
