1968 Chevrolet Pickup Sees First Daylight In 24 Years
1968 Chevrolet pickup stored in 1985 finally sees daylight 24 years later for a week in 2009 before returning to its garage. It's 307 powered with a turbo 350 automatic [Shift Kit]. Posi 12-bolt 4:11 rearend. It's a stock small block other than the 650 QJ Carb/Dual plane intake. Was never meant to go fast, just operate problem free. I was 18 years old in 1983 when I created it's look with little money hence the now dated look. Stored in 1985 due to a sudden physical disability. My Father brought the truck out of the garage in May of '09, washed it, vacuumed the interior, and there it sits older but not too much worse off. Will sell the truck within a year. It's a complete truck. Originally a stepside. A 1967 fleetside box was available so I replaced the stepside in 1983 when building the truck. Hurricane 7 x 15 / 10 x 15 wheels. Would make a great frame-off project.

Comp LSR Cam 215/223 .604/.610 112LSA Startup in my 69' Chevy C10 with 5.3L LM7, Idle Video
I just installed a Comp LSR Cam 215/223 .604/.610 112LSA in my 69' Chevy C10 with a 5.3L LM7, runs great, I've yet to drive it since the roads are snow covered until summer. I'll make a new video this summer of driving it and some track times.

1970 Chevy truck w/comp mutha thumpr cam part 3
I just rebuilt the engine and the transmission. Everything is the same on the engine from previous videos except I went from the small thumpr cam to the mutha thumpr cam. On the bottom end went back with the stock crank but with x rods w/arp bolts. New speedpro hyper pistons w/moly rings instead of the cheap cast pistons that were in it. Has a new TCI flexplate and an ATI super street damper. And finally got rid of the stock radiator replaced with a Becool radiator. TH350 has all Hughes performance internals with a B&M shift kit. Also set the stock converter aside for a Hughes 3000 stall.
