1970 Buick Skylark GS Stage I Convertible Blu
Quite a car...455 c.i. engine, and the Stage 1 package adds 10 hp. to the
nominal 350 this engine offers. Certainly built as an image maker for
Buick. Another white interior...very popular indeed!

1971 Buick GS 455 Convertible STK # 1108
Real Buick GS 455 Convertible, this car is not a clone. Finished in
beautiful, correct Stratomist blue with white top and interior. Believed to
be 88,000 original miles but they are not documented. Car was fully
restored in 2001 and is still looks great. Powered by a NOM Buick 455 CI V8
that is date correct but not #'s matching. This car is optioned with
factory AC, power steering, power brakes, and power top. Inside you'll find
factory in-dash tachometer, original AM radio, and an aftermarket AM/FM CD
player in the glove box. The GS455's are legendary muscle cars and in
convertible form they are tons of fun. Nothing like the wind blowing by and
a ram-air fed Buick big-block under hood! For more details please call us

Chevy, Olds, Pontiac and Buick V8 engines are not the same!
Evidently a segment of the automotive enthusiast population does not
believe that the four main GM divisions had their own versions of a V8. In
addition there may be people who simply never knew that fact.
In this video I show photos of a 350 cid engine from Buick, Oldsmobile,
Pontiac and Chevrolet and highlight the differences in each. Buick and
Pontiac V8 engines went out of production in 1980, Oldsmobile's in 1990 and
of course the Chevy versions lasted a lot longer because they were cheaper
to produce and easier to smog/mpg certify.
I challenge anyone to video themselves removing a Chevy SBC head and then
installing it on a Pontiac, Olds or Buick engine.
1967 Buick Skylark
Used to go for ice cream and the odd show and shine. Meant as stress relief
but at times has opposite effect!
1970 Buick GS 455 Convertible STK # 1071.mov
Fresh frame off restoration on this 1970 Buick GS 455. Under the hood is
the big block 455ci V8 with a TH400 automatic transmission getting the
power to the back wheels. This numbers matching GS is absolutely gorgeous
with its triple black color combination. Under this GS is a new Buick frame
to give it a solid base to build from. Inside treats you with cold AC,
seatbelts, power top, vinyl interior, and AM radio. For top down cruising
this GS has power brakes, power steering and magnum 500 rims wrapped with
radial tires. This Buick is truly a dream machine. For more details on this

1970 Buick GS Convertible Pro Touring STK # 1045
This Buick GS 455 convertible tribute is show quality from front to back.
Over $50,000 was spent on the recent restoration and resto-mod upgrades.
The end result was well worth it and has turned this into one heck of a Pro
Touring musclecar! Want to learn more? For starters the body is straight as
an arrow and the springtime yellow paint looks simply amazing. Take a quick
look underneath and you will see a very detailed undercarriage with
extremely solid frame and floor pans. This car is much more than a set of
wheels and a pretty paint job! Underhood you'll find a date-coded 1970
Buick 455 producing some awesome horsepower and torque that
get this car out of town in a hurry. Stopping chores are handled by slotted
SSBC disc brakes both front and rear. The wheels are by Foose and measure
20 inches in front and 22 inches in the rear. Open the trunk and you'll
find a custom built box housing the Air Ride Technologies compressor, a
full size 20 inch spare, and a storage area on the opposite side. This car
has been tastefully done and looks awesome going down the road! For more
details on this vehicle or to inquire about financing please call us at
