Don't laugh to hard at this. My buddy's dad build himself a rail job (death trap) race car, powered by a Oldsmobile 425 big block. Once again I don't have all the info but it does have an Edelbrock intake and a Holley carb. The Exhaust is running out open manifolds. Also has airbag suspension in the back and some fat Mickey T's. Check out the HUGE steering wheel, it's bigger than the actual wheels. Gets crazy going down the road. Thankfully he never actually took it to the track. It became doner parts for other projects. after this video we did weld rear end, put in a throttle pedal, a tach, then jumped it, split the bell housing and blew it up :)
GOLD DIGGER - TRACTOR PULLER DRAGSTER
Gold Digger had a naturally aspirated BBC Big Block Chevy engine, it is a tractor puller from the mid 80's. it ran in the northwest (washington, oregon, idaho, and british columbia). it was from Everson, Washington.
Homemade car - test drive
Homemade car- First test drive after the following:
Completely new steering system
Dual front drum brakes (not hooked up yet)
Almost a complete replacement of some of the frame, engine mount, throttle and brake pedals, axle, and wheel hubs.
Please note this is, of course, not the finished product and, in the future, will be receiving body panels, a door, and a windshield in the style of an early cyclecar.

This is redneck ingenuity in its purist form. An old car frame, some tired iron, a few belts and pulleys and away we go.

This is a walk around one of my home-built machines. Actual year built is unknown, it was a scrap yard find that became a gift to me from my wife & her parents.
Engine is a 1947 Wisconsin AHH 9.2hp
Transmission is a top-loader 3 speed... originally from??
Front axle and steering box are possible from a Model A
