Grand National and GNX History (part 1 of 3)
Buick quietly re-entered the supercar wars in the late eighties with a turbocharged 3.8 liter V6 engine in an all black Regal. The car was so outrageously fast that its now among the most collectible cars of all time.
1987 Buick Grand National (Regal T-Type Turbo) Start Up, Exhaust, and In Depth Review
**I made an editing error at the beginning. Thanks a bunch to Streetside Classics of Charlotte, NC for allowing me to film this video!
Hello and welcome to Saabkyle04! YouTube's largest collection of automotive variety! In today's video, we will take an up close and personal in depth look at the understated muscle car of the late 80s, the Buick Grand National, this one specifically the Regal T-Type. The GN and the T-Type are identical except for badging and interior trim. It wasn't until you stepped it on up to the GNX did you get the truly different package (which I will explain in the video). The GN is arguably the most menacing looking buick of all time with it's black monochrome paint scheme and turbo charged 3.8 V6 pumping out amazing performance numbers for the time period, even today! A unique experience to be able to check out one of these beasts. During this presentation, we will take a 1st person look at what the vehicle is all about beginning with the start up, performance data, fuel economy, the occasional track data, and build quality. Also, I will teach you how to use most of the interior and exterior features in a detailed fashion, that before, you could only get from going to a dealership yourself! Throughout the video, I will highlight key styling and unique differences about the vehicle, any available options, and of course it would not be an enthusiast car video without the good ole engine portion with rev and Exhaust note with interior and exterior perspectives. A thorough tour/review of this car designed to give others a greater overall appreciation of the vehicle.

1966 Buick Convertible Barn Find Rescue, Part 1
This is the story of a '66 Buick Special convertible that had been abandoned in Arizona in 1978 by the family of Rick Pewe, editor of 4-Wheel & Off-Road magazine. In 2011, the guys from HOT ROD Magazine, in conjunction with Rick, spent four days bringing the car back from the dead with plans to drive it home from Phoenix to Los Angeles. This is part 1, with the hacking fun the guys had rescuing the car. Look for part two, loaded with road-trip hilarity. The story is printed in the September 2011 issue of HOT ROD Magazine.

Sleepers
Read below for car descriptions!
This is a short documentary I made for a class. Using mostly my own found footage, I give a commentary on "Sleepers" and my own personal experiences with them.
This video was intended to tell a story and be mildly entertaining/funny. No one in this film thinks they drive the fastest car on the planet. We are all aware of our limitations.
Try to enjoy it :)
I'm getting messaged like crazy to reveal the mod lists for my cars. This is a bit difficult to do for the Regal since it almost never had the same setup on it for more than a few weeks! Anyway I'll try my best!
Z34 - Intake and chip. Stock at the time of the Iroc-Z race.
SHO - SHO SHOp catless Ypipe (That's it!!!) (Stock during most of the Races in this Video)
vs tuned turbo Cobalt at the Track. Regal: Headers, mild cam, pulley, tune and intake
Vs stock G8. Regal: same mods as above
11.9 @ 112 in the 1/4 on slicks with some c16 race gas mixed in, m90 blower (stock)
Vs full bolt on, gears, tuned 2011 Mustang v6. Regal: TVS swap with stock TVS pulley. 7psi of Boost.
vs full bolt on, 3.55 gears, tuned 1998 Cobra. Regal: same setup as vs the 2011 v6
Vs 330whp low 12 second Vortech supercharged 2002 Mustang GT. Regal: TVS swap + 2.8'' pulley (14psi) and ethanol.
374whp with same mods as vs the blown GT
As always the Regal had stock heads and never had an Intercooler!
Thanks for all the comments!

The Smoking Tire heads out to Fontana, CA for a drag strip meetup with the guys from turboBuick.com and learns about the one-time "fastest car in America," the Buick Grand National.

UPDATE: I've got some new upgrades since this video, they include an SMC alcohol injection system, a 3.5" polished stainless steel terry houston downpipe style with a y pipe, an RJC Boost controller, a 160 degree thermostat, and getting ready to order a cold air intake
2013 Buick Verano Turbo First Drive Review: Small Fast & Fun
( http://www.TFLcar.com ) The 2013 Buick Verano turbo is a small performance luxury car. Or is it a small luxury performance car with the accent on performance. In this first drive video review we take the latest new Buick for a spin through the hills of Kentucky. Of course with 250 turbo-charged horsepower all turning the front wheels you might think 2013 Verano turbo has a bit of torque steer. Does it. You'll have to watch the video to find out.
