All built from scratch.
The boat is made whit pipe covering insulator and plastic bash , glued whit Contact cement.
The trailer was custom made with aluminum sheets, cut, fold,
Traxxas Slash 4x4 with boat and trailer!
My new body for the slash! Sorry about the boat not going fast. The boat does not want to take off if some one could help me figure out how to fix that it would be a big help. Also i am reconstructing the trailer so the boat will sit better in the trailer and it wont look like a flat bed.

BIG BOAT little jeep
TEST Launching a 27' Bayliner cabin cruiser into lake. Boat is 7500 lbs trailer is 2500 lbs total 10,000 lbs. First test launch, (just floated off trailer and pulled back out) launched many times since. Only moved from storage to ramp, about 1/4 mile. Brought it back home at end of season with one ton truck.
